Production: 1.300 bottles (75 Cl).
Tasting notes: Strawberry, cherry, nectarine, roses, lavender, red caramel, creamy, intense, long.
Pairings: Crab, lobster, red mullet, salmon, octopus, creamy rice (risotto), rabbit, roasted vegetables, baked apple, semi-cured cheeses.
