Barcelona Gastronomic Forum 2019

At the Barcelona Gastronomic Forum, from November 18 to 20, Selva Vins' Malva 2017 (Malvasía from a “rescued” vineyard in Estellencs, in the Mallorcan mountains) was presented during the section entitled: (Re-)think the wine, with presentations by the sommelier and photojournalist Clara Isamat, the sommelier Núria Renom, the chef Rafa Peña, and the sommelier Evelyn de las Alas who presented the Selva Vins wine tasted by the public.
